Please note that the number of days on-site can increase based on business needs.Job SummaryThe Senior Network Engineer is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure across the enterprise. This role focuses on hands-on technical work including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and configuration management. The Senior Network Engineer works closely with architecture and security teams to ensure operational excellence and supports the stability, scalability, and security of all network services.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure across global data centers and remote sites. (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.)Monitor and optimize network performance using industry-standard tools to ensure high availability and reliability across diverse time zones.Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, configurations, and operational procedures.Troubleshoot complex issues involving routing, switching, firewalls, wireless systems, and connectivity between international locations.Execute network changes and updates following change management processes.Support the administration of Cisco network gear along with Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and F5 solutions.Perform firmware upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in line with change management protocols.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including architecture, security, and cloud operations—to support integrated infrastructure projects.Work with vendors and service providers to maintain uptime and support.Document configuration standards and network diagrams to support scalability and incident response.Provide input on network designs and participate in the evaluation of new technologies.Ensure compliance with security standards and assist in audits or remediation tasks.Serve as a technical escalation point for network-related incidents and problems.Participate in on-call rotation and global incident escalations to ensure 24x7 uptime coverage.Education RequiredBachelor's degree in information systems, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field of study.
