Relationship Specialist - Outside B2B Sales

Territory-Based | Need to be within 1 hour of Charleston, WV
Base Salary: $55,000–$75,000 + Bonus Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Relationship Specialist who thrives on building meaningful partnerships and helping businesses grow. In this role, you’ll work directly with independent auto dealers, providing floor plan financing solutions that support their success while helping grow and protect the company’s portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship management, business development, customer service, and strategic problem-solving in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and strengthen relationships with current and prospective independent auto dealers
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while balancing risk and profitability
• Identify new business opportunities and support promotional campaigns and partnerships
• Analyze business and risk situations, making sound decisions independently
• Provide exceptional service and ongoing support to customers throughout the financing process
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and company growth
• Travel regularly within your assigned market to meet with dealers and maintain relationships

Qualifications

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, account management, or sales support roles
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to assess risk, solve problems, and make sound business decisions
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
• Proficiency with technology, mobile applications, and business software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently within your territory

Preferred:

• Experience in the automotive, dealership, or financial services industries. Selling to this vertical 
• Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, or Google Workspace
• Knowledge of portfolio management, financing, or business development strategies
