Job Summary (List Format): Quality Assurance Engineer NC FAST

- Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements for testability and completeness.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain test conditions, test case scenarios, and test scripts.
- Lead and execute automated and manual testing activities using tools like qTest and Tosca.
- Ensure comprehensive test documentation, defect records, and traceability.
- Drive quality assurance across functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Evaluate test artifacts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate and track testing issues, providing reproducible test cases and clear communication of defects.
- Work with product team members to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve problems.
- Oversee data collection and analysis in alignment with project plans and QA standards.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups).
- Identify, communicate, and help mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Work independently, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate accountability for assigned work.
- Exhibit strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Apply experience in testing web, GUI, client/server, and database applications.
- Utilize SQL to validate data and test results.
- Preferred experience in Curam products, health and human services projects, and Tosca automation.
- Adapt to rapidly changing environments and work effectively with minimal supervision.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years in QA/testing, requirements analysis, test case development, and communications.
- Experience with Tricentis qTest, Tosca, SQL, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
