Mental Health Professional – Residential Treatment - Must have Master's Level Degree Location: Danville, Pennsylvania Job Type: Full-Time (In-person) Pay: Starting at $48,000 Schedule: Monday - Friday Daylight hours Overview Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our clinical team at our Danville Residential Treatment Facility (RTF). This role is instrumental in developing and implementing therapeutic interventions that promote positive treatment outcomes and support overall wellness. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments and provide diagnostic impressions Provide individual and group therapy services Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments and progress notes Communicate clinical updates to treatment teams, families, and referral sources Support the safety, structure, and therapeutic environment of the residential program Participate in therapeutic activities and programming Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members Attend staff meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training Qualifications Required Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Minimum of three (3) years of experience in child or adolescent behavioral health Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT within scope of practice Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills Preferred Experience in residential or intensive treatment settings Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices Experience facilitating group therapy and psychoeducational interventions Requirements Ability to work effectively in a residential treatment environment Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Danville, PA Position includes occasional on-call responsibilities Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Referral Program Ongoing Training and Continuing Education Opportunities (CEUs) Work Location This is an in-person position based in Danville, PA.
