Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations at our busy resort in Welch, MN. In this role, you’ll supervise front desk staff, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, and ensure every guest receives warm, efficient service that reflects our tribal values. You’ll handle escalated guest issues, oversee reservations and billing accuracy, and partner with housekeeping and other teams to keep rooms guest-ready. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-first environment and enjoys coaching and developing a service-focused team.
