Responsibilities: Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations and staff performance Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve escalated customer service issues promptly Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Step in as acting General Manager in the GM's absence Requirements: 2+ years of experience in hotel or hospitality management Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and guest relations abilities Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Proven track record in staff supervision and operational management High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality Management a plus About Us: SHANTINATH HIE LLC is a proud hospitality operator located in New Stanton, PA, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and a welcoming environment for both travelers and team members alike.
