We're looking for you to become a valued member of the healthcare team at our client's medical facility! **Pay Rate: $24/ hour** **Shift details:** + **Days Mon-Thurs 7:00a-5:30p** **Duties/Responsibilities:** + Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. + Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility. + Measure and record vital signs and observe residents' physical and emotional condition. + Report changes in residents' condition promptly to the nursing staff. + Maintain accurate patient care documentation in accordance with facility policies. + Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures. + Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. + Promote residents' dignity, privacy, independence, and overall well-being. + Assist residents with recreational and social activities as appropriate. + Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality resident care **Benefits:** -Medical -Dental -Vision -Term Life -Short-Term Disability Coverage -401K If interested, please apply through this job post.
