This is a non‑tenure‑track position, whose duties will be largely devoted to teaching, advising, and supporting the education mission of the Department. Responsibilities and Duties: Advise undergraduate students in course selection for their programs of study, research opportunities, and career planning. Work closely with faculty colleagues to provide teaching support, including student assessment, and maintain office hours for advising and aiding students. Additional duties include teaching and managing laboratory courses for undergraduate and graduate students as well as summer research programs. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in biochemistry, chemistry, biology, or related field. Previous experience in teaching is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Salary and Benefits The annual starting base salary range for this position is from $65,000 to $80,000.
