Travel RN - ICU/Stepdown
Plano, TX
This is a 13-week contract position.
7 PM to 7 AM, rotating weekends and call requirements.
The Travel RN will provide high-quality nursing care in the ICU/Stepdown unit. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist in care planning and provide education to patients and families.
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records using Meditech.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety protocols.
Active Texas RN license (temporary licenses will not be accepted).
Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience.
Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience in ICU/Stepdown.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Meditech experience preferred.
