About the job:

Program/Project management for HR transformations and corporate business technology initiatives within the Insights & Data service line.

What you will do at Sogeti:

• Planand drive execution across cross-functional business and technical teams,managing timelines, milestones, and dependencies.

• Ownand maintain the integrated project plan covering requirements, designreviews, approvals, UAT, training, and readiness activities.

• Establishand manage project cadence, including working sessions, status reporting,steering committees, and decision forums.

• Managestakeholder engagement by defining RACIs, building partnerships,coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving timely decisions.

• Communicateproject status, risks, issues, and decisions clearly

What you will bring:

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management

• Provenability to manage complex initiatives across diverse teams andstakeholders.

• Demonstratedsuccess delivering projects particularly in HRIS, ERP or Data Migration ispreferred

• Experienceworking in Agile environments.

• Strongorganizational, communication, and stakeholder partnership-buildingskills.

• Abilityto navigate ambiguity, influence without direct authority, and driveoutcomes in complex enterprise environments.

Education:

• Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 100-140K.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
