Client Service Representative

Mercerville Animal Hospital is looking for a positive, energetic, and caring individual to join our client service team. The right candidate will deliver elite patient and client care, maintain a welcoming environment, and support staff operations. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Answer and manage multiple phone lines. Maintain the reception area to be tidy and presentable. Provide basic and accurate information to clients. Process payments and enter invoices. Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff. File and pull medical charts for appointments and update medical records for upcoming appointments and surgeries. Assist with additional duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills 1 year of customer service experience (preferred 1 year in veterinary settings). Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple lines. Computer literate with proficiency in basic office software. Professional attitude and appearance. Strong written and verbal communication. Organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills. Quick learner, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
