As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and direct care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Responsibilities include detailed patient assessments, administering medications, monitoring life-support equipment, and providing emergency interventions as needed. You will work within a team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Key responsibilities include: providing primary nursing care to all patients assigned, identifying arrhythmias and intervening according to procedures, starting IVs and administering medications, performing CPR in the ICU, and ensuring proper documentation and handoffs. You will participate in bedside change of shift reports and maintain infection control practices.
