Manager, Supply Chain Planning

Clinical Supply Chain Planner Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Act as Supply Chain Lead for clinical products, including supply chain strategy, demand/supply planning, and IRT strategy development. Execute scenario plans and develop recommended production and inventory management strategies. Serve as primary supply chain contact with internal and external stakeholders. Work cross‑functionally with CMC, Development, and Finance to support program development. Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues to prevent missed timelines. Communicate program status verbally and via written reports. Drive continuous operational performance improvement. Qualifications / Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/Engineering/Operations/Supply Chain (or related field) and 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in clinical supply chain planning. Requires working knowledge of cGMP and regulations applicable to the FDA and comparable international regulatory agencies. Preferred Skills Experience leading business process definition/improvement. Skilled in influence management to drive project success. Demonstrated ability to work accurately, meet timelines, and handle multiple priorities. Capable of responding flexibly to changing prioritization. Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative 'can do' attitude. Strong verbal and written communication; advanced analytical skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Compensation / Benefits Salary range: $135,000.00–$175,000.00.
