Be part of what's next as we expand our team and continue making a difference in the communities we serve.Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 2pm Compensation: $20.50 (part-time DSP); $19.50 (full-time DSP) Several Available Locations: Escondido up through Oceanside (tell us which area you prefer!)As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) your day starts by picking up the 1 to 3 individuals you support, reviewing the day's plans, and discussing their goals, interests, and choices. Then you're off! You might visit parks, libraries, restaurants, community centers, volunteer sites, local events, and more.Full-time? Enjoy a consistent group and schedule while building meaningful relationships and seeing progress over time.Part-time? Enjoy variety while supporting different individuals, groups, activities, and locations.The Difference You'll Make: Whether you're helping someone in employment, practice budgeting, order their own lunch, volunteer, try something new, or advocate for what they want, you're helping them build confidence and independence.You're there to support—not take over. They choose the direction. You help make progress happen.You'll use your personal vehicle to transport the individuals you support.
