Key responsibilities Design and launch a professor advocate program to engage and activate customer champions Oversee the creation of customer case studies and testimonials to enhance brand credibility Develop a structured referral program to convert professor goodwill into sales opportunities Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or community programs in a B2B SaaS environment Demonstrated success in building advocacy programs that produce measurable commercial outcomes Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to connect genuinely with busy professionals Strong storytelling instincts to craft compelling narratives from customer outcomes Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and derive actionable insights
