Line Cook
We're looking for a skilled, composed line cook to execute our menu with consistency and speed during service. You'll run a station, work in sync with the rest of the kitchen team, and help deliver a dining experience that matches our standards on every single plate.

What you'll do:
- Set up, stock, and break down an assigned station each shift
- Cook and plate dishes to recipe and presentation standards, maintaining consistency ticket after ticket
- Work efficiently under pressure to keep pace with ticket times during peak service
- Communicate clearly with the expo, sous chef, and fellow line cooks to keep orders accurate and on time
- Monitor food quality, temperature, and freshness throughout service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety protocols
- Collaborate with prep cooks on daily prep lists and station needs
- Assist with inventory checks, ordering input, or menu item testing as needed
- Stay composed and adaptable when the kitchen gets slammed
