An established interventional pain, spine & orthopedics private practice based in NY and NJ is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain physician to join their growing NJ team. About the Position: Must be licensed and experienced practicing in New Jersey Highly procedure-focused role with significant patient volume Work closely with an experienced neurosurgeon to evaluate and work up patients for spine surgery Opportunity to perform advanced procedures, including cervical discectomy, endoscopic procedures, and other advanced interventional pain techniques Rotate among established and expanding locations in Elizabeth, Totowa, New Brunswick, and West New York Excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing, efficiently operated practice without the bureaucracy of a large health system Compensation & Benefits: $400,000-$500,000 base salary, depending on experience Profit sharing beginning in year two, tied to procedures, productivity, collections, and practice growth Significant long-term earning potential for a high-performing physician Exceptional candidates with the right experience and technical skill set will be considered for higher compensation Why North Jersey?
