Aviation Recruiting Specialist - (Candidate with Aviation is Preferred but not Required)

Experience that will be considered: Call Center, Phone Sales, Customer Service, MLM

APA’s ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional who is organized, has people skills along with excellent communication. An individual can prioritize tasks and maintain outstanding documentation practices to upkeep our database. Ability to manage multiple tasks during the day to day to ensure the book of business is covered.

Specific requirements include excellent telephone communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet savvy and an aviation background or interest in aviation is also a plus.

● Bilingual Candidates a plus!

Minimum Requirements:

● Daily high-volume calls to perspective candidates.

● Ambitious, self-driven, acts with sense of urgency to meet or exceed goals.

● Must be proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, & Outlook) along with internet research capabilities.

● Ability to navigate through fast-paced objectives in the aviation industry.

● The ideal candidate must be goal-oriented and be able to work independently while also being part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

● 1+ years of aviation recruiting experience.

● Proficiency in web-based recruiting systems; applicant tracking systems.
