What To Expect Tesla is in search of a Mobile Service Roadside Router to optimize roadside response, reducing tows to Service for on-site resolutions and ensuring a seamless Tesla customer experience. We seek highly motivated individuals adept at managing customer interactions in fast-paced environments with precision and speed. As a key member of our Mobile Service Advisor team, you'll strategically position technicians and streamline workloads, acting as a crucial link between the Roadside Support Team and the Mobile Service Team. Ideal candidates bring experience in emergency dispatching or high-level customer service, thriving in a dynamic team environment. Your collaboration with our Customer Support Team, Roadside Assistance Team, and Mobile Service Teams will contribute to lasting customer loyalty and the fulfillment of Tesla's mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
