Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives for a growing multifamily investment and property management firm in Houston. This role will develop and execute marketing strategies designed to support property performance, occupancy, leasing activity, and overall brand growth across the portfolio. There will also be some general corporate marketing tasks you will be responsible for. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies across a multifamily portfolio to support occupancy, leasing, and revenue goals Oversee property-level marketing, including digital advertising, social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional initiatives Develop and manage property branding, positioning, and marketing materials Monitor marketing performance, traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI; make recommendations based on results Partner with property management and onsite teams to identify leasing challenges and develop targeted marketing strategies Manage relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, photographers, designers, and digital platforms Oversee property websites, online listings, reputation management, and social media presence Support new developments, lease-ups, renovations, and repositioning initiatives with tailored marketing plans Develop marketing budgets and track spend and performance Stay current on multifamily marketing trends, technology, and competitive activity in the Houston market Present marketing performance and recommendations to senior leadership Qualifications 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within multifamily or commercial real estate Strong understanding of multifamily property marketing, leasing, and lead generation Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies Strong analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance and ROI Experience managing outside vendors and marketing partners Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common digital marketing platforms Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred This is a full-time in-office position based in Houston, TX Benefits information: Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
