Learning Path ABA Services LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a supportive clinic environment. Previous ABA experience is welcomed but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who are dependable, compassionate, eager to learn, and committed to helping children succeed. What You’ll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-support programs Help children develop communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills Collect accurate data throughout therapy sessions Use reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies Follow behavior intervention and safety plans Participate in ongoing training and supervision Communicate professionally with BCBAs, leadership, coworkers, and caregivers Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and engaging therapy environment Celebrate client progress and help make learning fun! We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Dependable and punctual Patient, compassionate, and energetic Comfortable working directly with children Able to accept feedback and apply coaching Willing to learn ABA principles and procedures Able to work collaboratively as part of a team Professional and respectful Committed to maintaining client confidentiality Interested in growing within the ABA field Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Must meet applicable RBT/BT and payer requirements Ability to complete required training and competencies Ability to safely participate in the physical components of working with children RBT certification is a plus, but certification is not required to apply Why Join Learning Path?
