Sterile Processing Supervisor
Location: Loxahatchee, FL Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (No Weekends) Pay: $20.00 - $28.50/hr (based on experience) Relocation: Up to $5,000 (with approval)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily sterile processing operations and staff
- Oversee instrument cleaning, assembly, and sterilization
- Ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards
- Perform quality checks and maintain documentation
- Train and mentor team members
- Manage inventory, equipment, and workflow coordination
Requirements:
- CRCST certification (or equivalent) required
- 2-3 years of sterile processing experience
- Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques and compliance standards
- Leadership and communication skills preferred
