Job Description We are seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to manage staff and provider schedules in an outpatient medical office. Requirements High School Diploma/GED. 1+ year of recent outpatient clinic/medical office experience. Experience with Epic or FAST. Strong organizational and communication skills. 2+ years of staff/physician scheduling preferred. Experience with UKG/Kronos, Excel, or Tableau. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain staff/provider schedules. Manage staffing coverage, time-off requests, and last-minute changes. Update schedules in UKG/Kronos. Monitor attendance, overtime, and staffing compliance. Coordinate weekend/holiday coverage. Prepare staffing reports and identify process improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hanker Systems, Inc.
