Shipping ClerkResponsible for processing outbound shipments using the company ERP system and coordinating packaging, labeling, and shipment of products.Responsibilities:Process shipments through the ERP system using the carrier specified on the Sales OrderCreate shipping labels using the FedEx systemAffix shipping labels and corresponding packing slips to boxesPackage products for outbound shippingMark boxes with the corresponding Sales Order numberWork with the team to ensure products are packaged according to scheduleQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, self-motivated, and detail-orientedProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesCapable of multitasking with minimal supervisionFluent in English. Bilingual Spanish a mustPrevious shipping or warehouse experienceERP system experience (e.g., NetSuite)Compensation:A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role ranges between $17.00-$20.00 per hour. The range considers factors that are included in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, training, and other business and organizational needs.
