Salesforce AdministratorWe are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform to support business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in user management, security, automation, reporting, dashboards, and Salesforce configuration while collaborating with business stakeholders to improve processes and ensure data quality.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring high availability and performance.Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Custom Objects.Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users.Implement automation using Salesforce Flow and Process Automation.Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication using Data Loader or similar tools.Support Salesforce releases, testing, deployments, and system enhancements.Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.Maintain documentation, user guides, and system configurations.Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with organizational policies.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Salesforce administration and platform configuration.Experience with user management, security model, roles, profiles, and permission sets.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Workflow automation.Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and custom fields/objects.Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader.Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using APIs and third-party applications.Familiarity with AppExchange applications.Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components.Experience with DevOps tools and change management.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.2–5 years of Salesforce Administration experience.Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is preferred.Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.Nice to HaveExperience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.Knowledge of CRM best practices and business process optimization.Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations.Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica is an advantage.
