Full time, continuing positionContribute to global student recruitment and represent the University internationallyBase Salary: $107,312 + 17% superannuationAbout the opportunityWe’re seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our international recruitment team within Sydney Future Students.You’ll support international recruitment activities across South Asia Middle East and Africa market, helping to attract talented students to the University of Sydney. This role works closely with regional managers and partners to promote the University globally.Your key responsibilities will be to:work with the Regional Manager and recruitment team to coordinate international recruitment activitiesassist with planning, reporting and delivery of regional recruitment initiativesrepresent the University at international events, education exhibitions and partner visits (some overseas travel may be required)develop, prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective students, parents, education agents, partners and other stakeholders at recruitment events and information sessionshost walking tours of the campus for visiting students, parents and partners, showcasing the University experienceprepare reports, market updates and briefing materials to support recruitment planningmaintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across recruitment systemsbuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbout youtertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of training and experienceexperience in international student recruitment or related education marketing activitiesunderstanding of higher education recruitment processes and international marketsdemonstrated experience creating professional presentations and confidently presenting to diverse audiencesability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentfamiliarity with Arabic is desirableability and willingness to travel internationally is highly desirable.Sponsorship / work rights for AustraliaYou must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply.
