Maintain cleanliness in the trash rooms by organizing, cleaning, and disposing of trash as needed.Leaves - Rake leaves and dispose of properly or use leaf blower on sidewalks to clear walkways.Sweeping - Make sure sidewalks, parking lots and carports are clean and presentable at all times.Gutters - Clear gutters of leaves and any extra debris.Lighting - Inspect and replace exterior and interior bulbs as needed to maintain proper lighting on the property.Attention to detail - Communicate with the management regarding any issues or maintenance that needs attention.Snow Removal - Help with shoveling snow from properties when necessary.Other Duties - Perform other duties as required to ensure the property remains well-maintained.QualificationsLandscaping knowledge and experienceLift 50+ pounds, climb laddersCurrent Driver License and reliable transportationDependable, Self-motivated, Detail orientedKnowledge and ability to use landscaping equipment such as rakes, blowers, trimmers, shears, and a chainsawA MOBILE ROLE FOR THE OUTDOOR PROFESSIONALThis is a roving Groundskeeper position, supporting multiple apartment communities throughout Denver. Most of your day will be spent outdoors, on your feet, walking properties, and making a visible difference in the appearance and safety of our communities.Schedule:Monday–Friday8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)BUILD COMMUNITIES.
