Foster Care Unit Lead: Team Coach & Child Welfare Impact

HeartShare invites applications for a Unit Supervisor in our Brooklyn location to build and lead a team delivering quality care for children in the Enhanced Family Foster Care program. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate documentation, participate in hiring, and respond to emergencies with a strong commitment to safety and confidentiality. The role reports to the Director of Foster Care and requires a Master’s degree, supervisory experience in child welfare, and excellent verbal and #J-18808-Ljbffr Heartshare
