Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Wage: Up to $196.58/hour This position is for fully licensed psychiatric nurse practitioners seeking to start or expand a private practice. As an independent 1099 contractor with Headway, you will set your own hours, manage your caseload, and have full autonomy over your clinical work. Responsibilities Conduct psychotherapy sessions with patients via in‑person or telehealth visits. Provide and oversee medication management and psychiatric evaluations. Document clinical encounters and maintain accurate records in Headway’s built‑in EHR tools. Participate in quality assurance and audit support provided by Headway. Qualifications Fully licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice. DEA or CDS number, ANCC or AANP board certification, valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance. Experience with electronic health record use and telehealth services is preferred.
