Administrative Intern Intern Bingham Farms, MI, US 8 days ago Requisition ID: 1489 Blue & Co., LLC is a dynamic and innovative professional services firm providing growth-committed entrepreneurial clients with accounting and consulting services across multiple industries. We are currently seeking an Administrative Intern to join our administrative team, in our Detroit, MI office. Assist with preparing professional correspondence, engagement letters, presentations, and other documents; includes basic word processing and document formatting support. Support printing and binding of documents. Help organize, track, and maintain spreadsheets and files from a variety of sources. Assist with answering phones, coordinating incoming/outgoing mail, and professionally greeting clients, guests, and vendors. Position Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Accounting, Communications, or a related field. Previous internship or office experience is a plus but not required. Basic experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); familiarity with PowerPoint and Acrobat is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks; detail oriented. Demonstrated initiative, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn new skills. Must be comfortable working in an office environment and using a laptop computer for extended periods.
