Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Experience Requirements Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficiency with quality inspection equipment and measurement tools Working knowledge of basic math and computer applications Experience operating an overhead crane preferred Physical Capabilities Ability to safely operate an overhead crane to load material and unload finished skeletons Capacity to stand, move, and handle materials throughout a full shift Strong hand-eye coordination for precise machine operation and quality checks Comfortable working in an active shop floor environment Job Duties Follow all safety and environmental procedures without exception Maintain reliable, on-time attendance for every scheduled shift Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors Accurately read and apply quality tools to ensure every part meets specification Retrieve job programs from the server and activate the laser machine for production runs Operate the overhead crane to load raw material and unload completed skeletons Perform basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs to keep the laser running smoothly and minimize downtime Execute and follow the daily scheduling board to keep production on track Benefits: Solid weekly pay, no waiting, no excuses.
