Drive hotel profitability through P&L management, revenue management, expense control, occupancy growth, ADR optimization, and RevPAR performance. Address guest concerns with professionalism and poise Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements What We Are Looking For in a Hotel General Manager: Proven success as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager; Marriott brand experience is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Experience in group and transient sales processes and forecasting A flexible, adaptable leader with a focus on achieving excellence Why Commonwealth Hotels?
