What You'll Do:

• Perform Opening and Closing Procedures of the Office Each Day
• Perform New-Patient Evaluations & Exams
• Diagnose Patients, Evaluate Physical Activity Limitations
• Create a Plan that Sets a Goal and Completion Date
• Equip Patients with PT Intervention Techniques & Exercises, Track Progress
• Provide Education to Patients on Techniques for the Continuation of Care
• Establish a Plan, Goal, and Timeframe for Treatment
• Prescribe Intervention Techniques and Exercises
• Measure and Track Intervention Effectiveness
• Educate the Patient on Continuing Care
• Other Duties as Assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Pennsylvania-Licensed Physical Therapist
• New Graduates Are Welcome to Apply
• Experience in Orthopedics and/or Balance Therapy is Highly Preferred
• Vestibular, Pelvic Floor or Balance Certification/Training is a Plus, But Not Required
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Commitment to Continuous Learning and Professional Development
• Passion for Patient-Centered Care and Rehabilitation
• Ability to Work Effectively and Independently in a Collaborative Environment
• Self-Motivated, Compassionate, and Team-Oriented
