Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Incentives Associate to join its Washington, DC office. This role involves working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a global client base. Duties Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and contracts. Manage complex cases from inception to resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies. Participate in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations. Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations. Engage in professional development and community involvement. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. EducationJD degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice in the state of office location. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong research and problem-solving skills. Good business judgment and organizational skills. Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
