Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation to expand the agency’s customer base Write profitable, retainable insurance policies by matching customers with appropriate coverage and carriers based on risk profile and underwriting guidelines Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and follow‑up communication Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills Check insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to determine whether modifications are necessary Keep accurate personal information for all sales prospects and customers within insurance company databases Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients Qualifications Previous experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience and a high school diploma are required Proficiency in Microsoft Office mandatory; proficiency in agency management systems preferred In-depth knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings along with their key differentiators Valid, state‑issued insurance license is mandatory: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License Compensation $70,000 - $100,000 yearly About Regency Insurance Group Regency Insurance Group is a personal lines insurance agency based in sunny Florida.
