The selected candidate will be embedded in the business, negotiating construction agreements, equipment procurement, and power purchase deals, while building the legal infrastructure to support the company's rapid growth in AI infrastructure and energy technology. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including EPC agreements, equipment purchase, power purchase agreements, and land licenses. Identify and manage legal risks in commercial transactions, proposing practical, deal-forward solutions. Serve as a strategic legal partner to business development, procurement, construction, and finance teams. Build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard terms.
