Locations (Hybrid): Morrisville, NC 27560 or Fishkill, NY 12524 Hybrid Travel: up to 25–35 % regional travel for campus visits and local events (no heavy cross‑country travel expected) About the Opportunity Join a high‑performing global Talent Acquisition team at a premier innovator shaping the modern technology and semiconductor landscapes. The organization, currently 8,000 employees, is scaling rapidly and expects to reach 11,000 team members over the next 2–3 years. This position will support aggressive growth and is scheduled to open in June to lock in strategies before the peak university season in August. Role Overview The Technical University Recruiter reports to the North America Head of University Recruiting and will execute the campus talent pipeline strategy across the Americas region. This role focuses on early‑career and internship talent, requiring a strong technical recruiting framework and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to emerging engineering talent. Responsibilities Full‑Cycle Execution: Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume technical intern and full‑time early‑career roles across multiple business lines. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and targeted university partners. Campus & Virtual Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute regional campus events, career fairs, networking nights, and virtual recruiting initiatives. Intern Programming: Design and deliver summer and year‑round intern program activities, including onboarding, engagement events, and performance evaluations. Diversity & Inclusion: Act as a brand ambassador at targeted schools, conferences, HBCUs, and HSIs to drive diverse talent pipelines. Data & Compliance: Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize sourcing outcomes while ensuring compliance with hiring, immigration, and export control requirements. Qualifications 2–3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑volume environment (corporate, agency, or contractor backgrounds welcomed). Solid understanding of core university recruiting practices and traditional on‑campus hiring cycles. Strong technical recruiting framework with ability to grasp complex technical concepts. Data‑savvy with KPI tracking, analysis and continuous optimization. Experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives and working with HBCUs/HSIs.
