Sales Leader Opportunity In AtlantaWe're looking for a hands-on leader to rebuild our Atlanta branch from the ground up. This is a sales-first role (75% sales, 25% ops), built for someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to do the unglamorous work when it's needed.We distribute high-end natural stone, tile, and building materials to designers, builders, and contractors.What You'll DoRebuild and lead an inside sales team: hire them, train them, and set the tone through your own resultsGet in front of clients yourself. Showroom visits, sample drops, and closing business are part of your week, not something you delegateOwn day-to-day branch sales and operations, working with the ops team to keep inventory and expenses in checkProtect and grow relationships with our key clientsWhat You BringYou're a proven leader and doer, not someone who manages from a distanceYou've owned or closely run a branch, showroom, or territory P&LYou've built or rebuilt a sales team before, so you know what that actually takesYou're comfortable spending most of your time in the field, not behind a deskBonus if you have a background in building materials or interior finishes, or existing connections in the Atlanta design/build communityPay: $110K–$120K base plus quarterly bonus and stretch incentives (OTE around $140K–$150K)If you want to build something from scratch and own the outcome, we'd like to talk.
