Payroll Benefits Specialist

We are partnering with a company in Cambridge, MA looking to hire a Payroll & Benefits Administration Specialist with 3+ years of payroll and accounting experience. This role will support payroll processing, benefits administration, and reporting while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on time using ADP Reconcile payroll and benefits invoices Generate payroll reports and maintain accurate records within ADP Support benefits administration and related employee inquiries Review payroll data for discrepancies and ensure data integrity Maintain confidential employee and payroll information Assist with payroll reconciliations and accounting-related tasks Ensure compliance with applicable payroll and benefits regulations Qualifications 3+ years of payroll and accounting experience ADP Workforce Now (WFN) experience highly preferred Knowledge of employee benefits administration Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills Experience with payroll reporting and invoice reconciliations Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Compensation: $70K-$90K depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Roessel Joy
