This is an in-person, on-the-road role. You must have your own reliable car, a valid Florida driver's license, and current auto insurance. You will drive to our Miami office and to customer school campuses throughout Miami-Dade County on a regular basis. Mileage is reimbursed. If that does not work for you, this is not the right fit.

ABOUT CONCIERGEPAD

ConciergePad is a Miami-based software company that helps K-12 schools run safer, smoother campuses. For over 11 years, more than 350 schools and districts have used our platform for visitor management, student dismissal, attendance, emergency alerts, and front office operations. We are a small, fast-moving team, which means you will work directly with the founders and your work will be visible from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Onboard new schools: account setup, kickoff calls, and on-site training for front office staff, teachers, and administrators
• Manage a book of school and district accounts: regular check-ins, renewals, and introducing customers to new modules
• Visit campuses to train staff, troubleshoot issues, and build relationships with principals, assistant principals, and office teams
• Act as the first point of contact for customer questions and escalate technical issues to our development team
• Support product demos for prospective schools
• Bring customer feedback back to the team so it shapes what we build next

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years in account management, customer success, or another client-facing role (SaaS or education experience is a plus)
• Comfortable teaching software to non-technical users like school front office staff
• Organized, self-directed, and strong on follow-up
• Professional and personable, someone we can trust to represent us on a school campus
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Able to pass a Level 2 background screening (Jessica Lunsford Act), required for access to Florida school campuses

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Own a reliable personal vehicle with a valid Florida driver's license and current auto insurance
• Based in the Miami area and able to commute to our office
• Willing to drive to customer schools across Miami-Dade during the workweek
