At Bohannan Huston, we are committed to fostering the next generation of engineers by providing an environment where you can learn, grow, and excel in a collaborative and innovative workplace.As an Entry-Level Civil Engineer (EI) in our Surface Water Engineering Group, you will work alongside industry experts to develop solutions for stormwater and green stormwater infrastructure projects.Your Role & Responsibilities In this role, you will contribute to:Hydrologic & Hydraulic Analysis – Conduct studies that support sustainable water management.Engineering Design & Modeling – Utilize industry-leading software to develop engineering solutions.Project Documentation & Reporting – Assist in preparing technical reports and project plans.Construction Cost Estimating – Support project budgeting and planning efforts. What We Are Looking For Academic Excellence – Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or within one semester of graduation) with a minimum 3.0 GPA.Certification & Experience – Engineer Intern (EI) certification is required; 0-4 years of experience in surface water hydrology and hydraulics is preferred.Technical Proficiency – Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, EPA SWMM, and ArcGIS is highly desirable.Strong Communication Skills – Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.Problem-Solving Mindset – A self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to innovate.Commitment to Professional Growth – A proactive learner who welcomes feedback and continuously seeks improvement.Technologies You Will Work With & Learn AutoCAD Civil 3DEPA SWMMHEC-RAS & HEC-HMSArcGISBluebeam RevuWhy Choose Bohannan Huston?
