Your Mission Build an operations organization capable of scaling across California and beyond, without losing service quality, profitability, culture, or accountability along the way. You'll partner directly with the CEO to turn vision into execution. This isn't a maintenance role. It's a build role. What Winning Looks Like Within your first 12 months, you will: Build systems that support 2-3x company growth Increase operational efficiency across every department Improve gross margin through better execution Develop department leaders who can run the business without constant supervision Implement KPIs and scorecards across the organization Improve customer satisfaction and retention Standardize SOPs for every operational process Know and be known by our customers Prepare the company for multi-location expansion Responsibilities Build accountability systems and performance metrics Lead all daily operations Oversee dispatch, scheduling, production, fleet, field operations, and customer service Recruit, train, and develop high-performing field managers Create operational dashboards and KPI reporting Manage budgets and operational profitability Improve efficiency through technology and automation Lead strategic planning with the CEO Drive continuous process improvement Protect company culture while scaling rapidly Strong understanding of all jobs and fields The Right Person This role isn't for everyone.
