Program Portfolio Analyst, PMO
Intuitive Surgical
Portfolio Analyst supporting strategic planning and resource allocation decisions within the Project Management Office. Develops analyses, dashboards, and insights to inform portfolio decisions across product lines and business units, working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop portfolio analyses supporting strategic planning across product lines and business units
- Build dashboards and executive-ready visualizations communicating portfolio insights and risks
- Create frameworks, metrics, and KPIs identifying resource constraints and strategic alignment gaps
- Support scenario planning and tradeoff analyses across programs and platforms
- Partner with PMO and cross-functional teams maintaining portfolio data quality and consistency
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, PMO, strategy, analytics, or related field
- Advanced Excel, Smartsheet, data modeling, and visualization proficiency
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication with visual storytelling ability
- Snowflake and Tableau experience strongly preferred
- MedTech or regulated industry experience preferred
