Partnering with hiring managers across the Go-to-Market organization, the full-time Senior Sales Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to design effective recruiting strategies and facilitate the hiring process Manage sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding for GTM roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience Utilize recruiting metrics and market data to monitor pipeline health and improve hiring practices Required qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology or SaaS organization Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, and related GTM functions Strong sourcing skills and ability to build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions Proven ability to influence hiring decisions using data and market insights Commitment to creating an inclusive hiring experience for candidates and teams
