Compensation & Incentives Base Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour $2000 sign on bonus! Up to 50% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly bonus opportunity On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave As The Service Technician, You Will Help To Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs Keep interior and exterior areas up to company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws Respond quickly to resident service requests and assigned work orders Keep residents and the office in the loop on repairs, updates, and follow-ups Stay ahead of issues through preventative maintenance that protects the community long term Deliver the kind of service that makes residents proud of where they live Hours & Schedule Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Paid rotating on-call participation required What We'll Expect From You Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Sharp troubleshooting skills, the judgment to work independently, and the follow-through to finish what you start Here, people come first — that means honest leadership, teammates who respect each other's time and effort, and doing the job right whether or not anyone's watching.
