Senior Contracts Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Contracts Manager to join its team.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and vendor contracts. This individual will partner closely with internal business teams, legal, procurement, and external vendors to support contract lifecycle management and risk mitigation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• J.D. required

• 8+ years of contract negotiation and contract management experience

• Experience within procurement, real estate, construction, or related industries, highly preferred

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience managing complex agreements in a fast-paced environment

Hybrid schedule in the NYC area

Compensation: 140k-185k+
