This full-time position allows you to make an impact as a long-term substitute, supporting students and collaborating with a dedicated team from Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week.

Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong applied behavior analysis skills, with proven ability to design and implement effective behavior intervention plans
• Skilled at direct assessment, data collection, and progress tracking
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, staff, families, and other support professionals
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert behavioral support and consultation to students, focusing on individualized plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and monitor IEP goals, and guide evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate closely with school personnel to ensure strategies are consistently implemented
• Deliver staff and caregiver training to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Offer ongoing support and adjustments to students’ interventions throughout the semester
