As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thu 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with visitor directions and general assistance, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior according to site guidelines. Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by observing activity, completing assigned reports, and communicating clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives. Minimum Requirements At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
