Position Overview

At Ggiata, our Front of House Team Members do much more than take orders. They help create the energy, hospitality, and guest experience that keeps people coming back.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, connecting with guests, and working as part of a strong, team-oriented environment. From greeting guests and running food to supporting service during busy rushes, FOH Team Members play an important role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly while delivering warm, genuine hospitality every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and create a positive first impression
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Answer menu questions and make thoughtful recommendations
• Run food quickly while maintaining quality and presentation standards
• Support the dining room and overall guest experience throughout service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all front of house areas
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH teammates during service
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team and restaurant operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Passion for hospitality, food, and guest experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
