Responsible for managing the service operations of apartment communities: meeting with owners and senior leaders, presenting recommendations, supervising field crew, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring quality and safety. Maintenance Superintendent – Hartford / Seymour Offices Full‑time. Oversees maintenance teams across condominium communities; travels to multiple sites; coordinates repairs, budget, vendor management, and compliance. Maintenance Manager – Nursing Home Full‑time. Directs physical plant maintenance and grounds upkeep, including building improvements, utilities, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance for a nursing home facility. General Maintenance Technician – Anytime Fitness Part‑time, $25.00 hourly. Hands‑on role performing mechanical repairs, maintenance of gym equipment, routine inspections, and safety compliance.
